Here are some of the most common questions asked by our clients about our Group Day Spa Parties.
Can we bring our own food and drinks?
Yes, you are more than welcome to bring your own food and drinks on the day. We will have a selection of drinks available at Oasis plus a snack bar. We are also spoilt with a selection of local cafe's and restaurants, within a very short walking distance, if you prefer to organise a takeaway.
Are you available during weekends for group booking Day Spa Parties?
Yes! We are open Saturdays from 8am – 2pm. We can also offer bookings throughout the week, into the evening, upon request and staff availability.
How much is the reservation fee?
After you have confirmed the treatments for your party, we will request a minimum deposit of 50% per guest, to secure your booking. If you cancel your booking last minute, or do not attend your booking, this deposit will be non-refundable. A full fee of the booking may also apply. Group bookings must give at least 1 week notice for any cancellation or changes to the booking. Please chat to our team about our full T&C policies.
Can we have decorations or play games throughout the day?
Absolutely! This is all part of the experience for you! Please bring any decorations or games that you would like to enjoy. Please just keep in mind that we will need to keep on time with your treatments, and other guests may be present, at the time of your party, so please factor in noise or interruption.
Are all ages welcome, and men as well?
Yes, we welcome both men and women to Oasis! We mostly recommend that the minimum age is from 12 & up, but if you have younger guests apart of your group booking, we can help accommodate treatments.
